Department of Defense Infrastructure Upgrade
Two Locations – Undisclosed
Project Overview
1Line Energy partnered with a peer power provider to support the decommissioning and installation of more than 30 Cummins diesel generators across two Department of Defense facilities at undisclosed locations.
Generator capacities ranged from 40 kW to 750 kW and required coordinated sequencing within secure, operational environments.
The completed installations modernized emergency backup systems across both facilities, strengthening distributed resilience and improving long-term serviceability.
Scope of Work
- Decommissioning and removal of legacy generator systems
- Mechanical placement and installation of new Cummins diesel generators
- Electrical integration and connection
- Startup and commissioning support
- Multi-unit sequencing across two active facilities While overall project management and equipment procurement were coordinated in partnership, 1Line Energy led the critical field execution scope, ensuring controlled removal, installation accuracy, and successful commissioning.
Project Environment
Installation sequencing was structured to maintain mission readiness while modernizing distributed emergency backup infrastructure.
Infrastructure Impact
The completed installations modernized emergency backup systems across both facilities, strengthening distributed resilience and improving long-term serviceability.
We remain deeply grateful for the men and women who serve our country. Supporting infrastructure that protects and enables their mission is both a responsibility and an honor.
